Almholme Energy Hub
Almholme Energy Hub is an approved battery-storage and solar development on agricultural land north-west of Almholme, near Doncaster.[1]
Current position
Innova reports that Doncaster Council granted planning consent on 14 October 2024.
Generation and storage
- Innova’s design combines 1,025 MW of battery power capacity with 49.9 MW of solar generation. The batteries would store electricity for release when demand rises.
