Current position
Bouygues UK was appointed construction partner in August 2025. CUH’s current programme places the Full Business Case submission in 2027, followed by a three-year build, subject to approvals.
Project details
- The planned hospital brings physical and mental healthcare together with research. Its facilities include 166 beds, seven operating theatres, diagnostic imaging, day units and a hospital school.
