Current position

The venue is operating as Hill Dickinson Stadium, Everton’s new home.

Why it matters

Everton built its new home at Bramley-Moore Dock after breaking ground in 2021. Test events in 2025 preceded the club’s move into the ground, now called Hill Dickinson Stadium. The change is more than a new seating bowl: it puts matchday activity on Liverpool’s waterfront and creates a venue used for tours and other events between fixtures.

Benefits

  • A 52,769-seat stadium and year-round events venue on a regenerated dock site.
