Formal reserved-matters permission was issued on 23 September 2026; Vistry published its announcement on 20 October. The wider scheme will deliver 2,170 homes.
Phase 1 has 250 homes completed and a further 202 under construction, alongside a community centre. The new permission does not establish a Phase 2 construction start.
