Great Jackson Street tower cluster clears section 106 agreement
Renaker and Manchester City Council completed the legal agreement for five approved towers containing nearly 2,400 homes. The £1 billion programme includes the 213-metre Lighthouse and affordable-housing contributions of up to £114 million; a construction timetable has not yet been announced.
