63 St Mary Axe

AXA IM Alts plans a 46-storey office building at 63 St Mary Axe, designed by Fletcher Priest Architects on the edge of the City of London’s eastern tower cluster.[1]

Current position

AXA IM Alts announced on 8 July 2025 that it had secured a resolution to grant planning permission for the scheme.

Offices, park and community space

  • The scheme includes 635,000 sq ft of workspace across 36 office floors, with landscaped gardens and access to fresh air at each office level.
  • Camomile Park would open a section of the Roman wall to public view. A ground-floor multifunction space and rehearsal areas would accommodate cultural and community activities.
