Brabazon New Town
Brabazon is a new mixed-use neighbourhood on the former Filton Airfield near Bristol, with homes and supporting amenities delivered in phases.[1][2]
Current position
YTL reported on 1 October 2026 that construction was underway on its first Build-to-Rent project, with the first apartments expected by the end of 2028. This is one phase of the wider new town.
Project details
- The wider masterplan is expected to deliver 6,500 homes, with public spaces and supporting amenities. Housing is being delivered through successive phases.
- The first Build-to-Rent project comprises 239 homes across three buildings. A separate proposal for up to 900 further rental apartments is in design development.
