The University of Manchester is redeveloping its Fallowfield accommodation campus with 3,300 student rooms and shared facilities, through a £530 million partnership.[1][2]

Current position

GRAHAM reported that all 29 blocks now have building-control approval, completing the scheme’s Gateway 2 approvals. On-site assembly has already begun.

Benefits

  • The development replaces Owens Park, Oak House and Woolton Hall accommodation. GRAHAM plans Passivhaus-certified buildings and phased delivery of the new rooms.
