Nicholson Quarter would replace much of Maidenhead’s shopping centre with a mixed-use town-centre development.[1]

Current position

Construction Enquirer reported committee approval of the revised £500 million scheme on 24 November 2025.

856 flats, 55 shops and commercial units, and a new civic plaza in the approved proposal.
