Consented Manydown North development of up to 3,520 homes west of Basingstoke. Enabling works and the new Roman Road entrance are underway/completed in stages; this does not imply main housebuilding is complete or underway everywhere. The marker is inside the active northern site west of Roman Road, opposite Winklebury Way. Separate future Manydown South proposals are excluded.[1][2][3]
