Regent Retail Park Regeneration

Regent Park is Henley’s proposed redevelopment of Regent Retail Park in Salford into a residential, retail and community neighbourhood.[1][2]

Current position

Henley reports approval of the £1.3 billion redevelopment; individual construction and completion dates remain to be confirmed.

The proposals retain 8,600 square metres of retail space across 15–20 stores, alongside new housing and amenities.
