Thameside West is a consented waterfront neighbourhood at the western end of London’s Royal Docks.[1]
Current position
Arada submitted first-stage plans for nearly 1,500 homes in September 2026; the first two buildings are proposed entirely for social rent. The applications await a decision.
Benefits
- At least 5,000 homes, half the site devoted to green space and around a kilometre of active waterfront.
