Viadux 2
Viadux Phase 2 is a pair of towers beside Manchester’s railway viaduct, combining hotel accommodation, residences and affordable homes.[1]
Current position
Viadux 2 is distinct from the completed Viadux 1. The Nobu tower and affordable-housing block have planning consent; enabling works were reported in November 2025. No whole-project completion date is confirmed.
